Gabby-goes Instagram Whether you are moving to a new street in town or even a different continent, relocating can be one of the most daunting steps we take and yet the most exciting!  From learning new languages, traditions and cultures, to learning the local bus route.. not to mention the packing! There are many challenges to expect but so many great things to look forward to as well. Having moved to France as a youngster and into different countries, cities, schools, jobs and neighbourhoods (most recently the beautiful Caribbean British Virgin Islands!) all throughout my 25 years, it's fair to say I am a dab-hand at the whole "relocating thing" by now. I was sat in the kitchen feeling so proud and accomplished that I had managed to squeeze all my belongings into just 4 suitcases that were splayed out across the floor. In just a few hours, I would be on a plane to the Caribbean to start an entirely new life in the British Virgin Islands! I hardly slept a wink being so excited for what was to come, I had so many questions running through my head, so many things I had been looking forward to.. and they were all about to happen!  My lovely Dad drove me to Gatwick airport where we said our goodbyes, this was the part I was dreading. I had spent just over a month touring the UK to say goodbye to all the gorgeous, kind and caring scallywags I'm lucky enough to call my friends, but I knew the moment I said goodbye to Dad would be the moment it all got that bit more real.
